Mission catalysts work to start a chain of disciple-making that leads to multiplying churches. Mission catalysts make disciples, start organic churches to be facilitated by lay-leaders, mobilize emerging leaders for mission, and train other believers to multiply disciples and churches.

Advisors represent a variety of backgrounds and serve intermittently to provide valuable feedback and guidance.
