Adam Ready grew up in rural Kansas and had little understanding of cities and diversity but always had a desire to travel to Africa. After spending a month in Kenya at 16 he knew he wanted to see more of the world. After several mission trips including inner city, Mexico and Honduras, his fascination with cultures and diversity had begun to grow.
Adam went to Ozark Christian College where he began to pray for the world’s least reached and most persecuted countries. Through prayer Adam felt the call to reach the unreached. The following year he met Danielle after she heard him talking about orphans in Africa. Their purpose in life was aligned and they married in 2005. They have 4 children, two biological and two from Africa via adoption. They consider themselves blessed to be adopted by God and love to use their story to share the love of God and His desire to be our Father.
In 2007 he graduated and served as a youth and children’s minister for a few years. In 2014 they moved to Indonesia and in 2017 moved to the Middle East. After studying Arabic and serving refugees he desired to use his experience and understanding to help the American church love Arabs and reach out in appropriate ways. The diversity of American cities allows him to meet people from all over the world. Adam and his family relocated to the Phoenix area in July 2020 and they are beginning to learn the city, connect with churches and meet internationals.
