Conversational Evangelism Training
Global City Mission offers equipping in healthy, conversational evangelism to help churches mobilize their members. Our training makes evangelism accessible for your average church member. It helps them gain a healthy understanding of everyday evangelism as a relational, yet intentional practice. Through an interactive workshop, members are challenged to put specific conversational practices into action. This training is a way to jumpstart your church and help those believers who desire to walk out the door and apply what they learned in their own communities. It provides a healthy framework for entering into evangelistic friendships and the ability to put conversational practices into action immediately. As a mission organization, GCMI aims to equip believers to become disciple makers to impact their city.

Starting Discovery Groups
Many people in our cities are not simply going to look up the nearest church as an answer to their spiritual questions, but they may be open to talk with a small group of friends. As members of your church put conversational evangelism habits into practice, some of them may have the opportunity to start a new small group through outreach in their community. If you are interested in activating your members to start new discovery groups beyond the walls of your church, we offer a follow-up training focused on gathering these types of groups and how to use bible discovery discussions to engage new Christians and non-Christians to develop a deep, bible-based faith. Like the conversational evangelism training, the focus is to reach out to new people who are not already engaged in Christian community at your church or elsewhere.
