Gabriel Brazle
Mission Catalyst
Gabriel loves people. Talking with, learning about and hanging out with others are three of his favorite pastimes. He also loves Jesus and sharing the Hope that he’s found in Christ with others.
Joining GCMI in 2013, Gabriel and his wife Sarah served in the Bronx until the spring 2019. During their time in New York they did many things for their local community and the organization in general, however, having the opportunity to talk about Jesus with so many people from all around the world was their biggest highlight. Because of intentionality and the workings of the Spirit, these conversations led to multiple Bible studies and even a home church being formed among peoples from various nations.
In the summer of 2019 Gabriel and Sarah made the transition from the Bronx to Philadelphia. Gabriel serves as GCMI’s solo catalyst in the city and is working on disciple making efforts among communities that include Chinese, Bengali, Morrocan and Albanian peoples as well as the local Philadelphian population Beyond starting churches, he’s currently involved in teaching ESL and coaching local believers to become more intentional among the nations next door by promoting the kingdom of God in the city.
Gabriel graduated from Central Christian College of the Bible in 2014. He has three children, Olivia (8), Leif (4) and Indigo (2).

Sarah Brazle
Member Care Coordinator
Born in a small village in the heart of Missouri, Sarah never expected to be living in big cities for the entirety of her adult life (thus far). She grew up attending a church with fifteen people (on a good day) and accepted Jesus as Savior at the age of 9. However, it wasn’t until the age of 17 that Sarah really began her walk with Jesus, truly surrendering her life and knowing deeply in her spirit that God is good all the time.
In 2009, Sarah began attending Central Christian College of the Bible, where God introduced her to Gabriel (her husband) and then in 2013, they moved with their first child to New York City to start a year-long internship with Global City Mission. During their time in The Bronx, they added two more kids to the mix becoming a family of five, and they eventually relocated to Philadelphia. At that time, Sarah was still planning on becoming a therapist. In 2020, she finished her bachelor’s degree in psychology and began attending Syracuse University to earn her degree as a marriage and family therapist. In her second year of grad school, the Holy Spirit asked her to give up her plans of becoming a therapist and to stay in ministry and to follow the Spirit’s lead from there. So, that’s what she is doing!
Sarah has a heart for deeply communing with God, unity amidst the Body of Christ through member care, fellowship, and prayer, and speaking boldly on the reality of spiritual warfare and how it impacts believers (and non-believers) today. Sarah is passionate about pointing missionaries to trust God first and foremost and in easing the transitions missionaries are facing as they enter into or leave from their mission field. It is her hope to bring safety, trust, hope, and a profound understanding of the presence of God to the GCMI team and to whoever she comes into contact with on a daily basis.
